I wanted to lease a new car and the people at Hamer Toyota gave me the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I worked with Jason and Tiffany, and they gave me a better price on the car I wanted than any other dealership I contacted (and I contact quite a few). They were friendly, they kept their promises, and they didn't waste my time. I got all the financing done and the paperwork signed is less than half the amount of time it usually takes. Zero pressure, zero shenanigans. I'm definitely telling my friends about this place.

Everyone was very friendly and patient. They explained everything in detail. Marylou Santiago and Alex Pineda were an absolute delight to work with. I will 100% recommend this place to everyone I know, and as I promised Marylou, I will be back in 3 years to buy my SUV or van from here now that my family is growing. This is my second purchase here and I’m 100% going for the third when I pay off my recent purchase. Thank you for everything again. Even with Covid restrictions I felt safe and proper protocols were taken, I made my appointment and I was also shown lots of cars in my price range. No one was pushy or anything like that. Bernice was a great sales associate. She was informative, friendly and above all, honest. Also, I was super COVID-paranoid, and she did everything to accommodate my social-distance requests for the test-drive. I asked a lot of her as I tried to decide between this and other used vehicles from other dealers. Eventually, I wanted my mechanic to inspect the vehicle and she took the car there herself for me. She waited at the mechanic with me while they checked it out, even though at that point I was debating between that car and one other car. Overall, Bernice worked hard to help me decide if this was the right vehicle for me, and was straitforward throughout the process. I highly recommend asking for her if you want a trustworthy car purchase experience.
