I called the “day of” and was able to speak to an actual person who worked with my schedule and kept me informed on when the handy man would arrive. The company rep and the handyman were super nice. He arrived on time as promised and the work was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. I will definitely use this company again. Excellent service, personable reps, small business attentiveness.
They did many jobs for me- new ceiling, walls, flooring, etc. They were always prompt! Tracy is a superb communicator! I always knew what was happening when. Prices were reasonable and you can discuss any changes, confusion, etc. They did a great job!
We had an excellent experience recently with Handyman. Service was professional, prompt, friendly, and of very good quality-all at a reasonable price. Tracy was extremely helpful in setting up the appointments, and Hugo and Isaac were excellent professionals who we would highly recommend. We will certainly contact the firm again for any need we may have at home, and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
My service rep. was very knowledgeable & was able to give me information that I didn’t know the job entails to make sure I got what I wanted. Also the quality of work ,efficiency was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to others for work.
