I Bought a BOSCH floor model dish washer from P C Richards & Sons in Whippany. They delivered a different model than what I paid for. When asked why they did that they said they sent me an email. That dishwasher worked for about 2 months. I called them to report it they gave me a number that did not respond nor did they document the initial service call. In early November I called again spoke to Nasarah she sent an email to the service center because they were not answering her call. Last thursday BOSCH called and left a message. I am on the phone holding on. Poor service from P C Richards & sons. I would not buy another appliance form them. I need a stove I am going to Home Depot or Lowes.
We have had a great service experience at PC Richard at Whippany. You must ask for Tony. He is outstanding. Tony helped us select all our appliances when we did our kitchen. He was so patient with us showing us all the options and answering all our questions. Got us the best price and was always available for any follow up questions even after the sale. He went above and beyond and gave us the best service. I would highly recommend Tony.
Andrew Z took great care of us when we needed new washer and dryer. He guided us to buy the right models. Very happy
In regards to televisions I have bought several from salesman Christopher Chung.Mr. Chung was very professional and knowledgeable about the devices and because of the consistency of quality service provided I can put my trust in knowing that I am getting the BEST deal.
