Really disappointed in the management of this company. We rented an RV in Sep and returned it in immaculate condition, including all waste tanks empty and water full. We also returned a substantial amount of cash we found in the RV. Well a month after we turned it in, the owner of the rental company is saying we returned the RV with a scratch on the rear. Luckily, we have pictures and there was no scratch, at least from us. I am shocked that we are being asked/accused of this a month after we turned in the RV and after all we did to clean, take care of the RV. We will not rent from you again.

I purchased an RV from here. I should have hired an RV Inspector to thoroughly inspect the RV over before buying. I've spent over 9500 in repairs, from electrical issues to the main slide out. (Within the first 2 months). Asked for maintenance records, I never received them. But, I did receive the owner manuals that she stated to make it convenient for me she would leave at her brother's house at the end of his drive way (in the rain) so I can go by and pick it up-real professional.The mechanic I hired stated the oil hadn't been changed in a while, so I paid to have a complete tune up. Fire extinguisher was empty. Glad there were no fire, why leave a non fillable fire extinguisher, why not throw it out? People be weary from renting or buying from here!!!!!
Rented a trailer from Happy Trails. Was given good instructions when I picked up the trailer. No issues while using it. Returning the trailer was an easy process. Will do business with them in the future.
We were first time RV renters, and a bit nervous initially that it might be too complicated a vacation learning the ropes operating an RV. From the moment I spoke with Lisa on the phone, until drop-off, her customer service and patience were outstanding! She took us step by step and thoroughly through how to operate and maintain the RV while on vacation. The RV was impeccably clean. When I had any questions at all, she was available via text and cell phone. Drop-off was seamless and again we were greeted with great customer service. We had an awesome vacation and will definitely be back to rent at Happy Trails! Thank you Lisa!
Lisa is awesome, she is so easy to work with and professional. She takes pride in the quality units that she makes available. Safety is a top priority as well as very fair pricing. I highly recommend happy trails to anybody looking for a great weekend to go camping, the races etc. From beginning to end including phone calls, demoing the unit and cleaning the unit as well as providing the liability insurance. This is an upstanding organization to do business with and you won't regret it.
