They know their products and do a great job serviceing and repairing what they sell and more. But a recent incident was troubeling. I purchased a new generator via phone that I had looked at just about an hour before. It was on sale at 3995. Down from 4495. They were to deliver it to Roche ramp next morning. All went well but I later discovered they had charged my CC for the 4495 plus tax. I called and was told the sale had ended before I bought it. Not a good way to install customer support.

I needed to have my echo weedeater modified to cut brush, though these folks are a Stihl outlet, they went all out and provided me with an excellent solution. Great folks, extremely knowledgeable, excellent customer care.
