I found the bike I had been looking for on Cycle Trader and sent a note asking if they still had it. First thing the next morning about the time the dealer would open I heard from Mark Brown at the dealer. Bottom line, I got a fair deal on a great bike that I came up from Va Beach to Baltimore to buy it. It was accurately represented in the ad, and again by the dealer and Mark did everything he said he was going to do, even finding me a much better deal on financing that my own credit union. Gave me an honest and fair price on a used bike. Additionally, they took in a trade from another manufacturer with a reasonable offer. It was a win-win transaction which are becoming rarer. Even after the sale, they have been responsive to questions I've had. If in the market again, they will be a place I'd work another deal with.
