If I could give this agency no stars, I would. We have been with this agency for a few months now. The staff is very unprofessional and deceiving, Joseph Saucedo \The Supervisor\ promised my son's provider ( my mother) more pay if we switched to STN. We believed them and switched from STARR home health , biggest mistake! The staff is incompetent and liars, she's getting the same pay. They lied only to get us to sign up with them. She's left Paulina and Joseph many messages because they are NEVER in the office when she calls and they've yet to return a call. Don't make the same mistake as we did and switch to this agency.
