No one ever answer the phone when I place my order I wanted both of my six piece dinners fresh with mild sauce no coleslaw and my bread on top... they did the opposite instead they drowned my food with mild sauce my fries wasn't done my chicken wasn't fresh etc...moral of the story I'm still hungry I couldn't eat that food cuz it's 2 much sauce!! that was a waste of 17 oh yeah my daddy gas money

The girl at the counter was very rude. When I stepped up to the window she rolled her eyes and looked at me, not can I help you or anything. I started placing my order and she cut me off hollering my order out which was wrong. After she rung it up not saying how much I owed or anything I gave her my money and she put my change in the window and walked off. I have been coming here for years cause I stay in the neighborhood. Looks like new people may be running it as there were no familiar faces. Won't be back.
All Harold's suck if you like precooked food that you don't know-how long it's been sitting & if you been drinking then it's good for you.
This use to be my spot! However, they have fallen off drastically! I gave them 3 tries after the first bad chicken order, but consistently I've been disappointed. Non crunchy and limited mild sauce. They won't get my money again!
I stopped here to grab a quick late night snack and lunch for my boyfriend. The young lady at the counter was so rude the entire time . She walked off as I was ordering,was agitated the whole time. I asked her if it came with sauce because it usually do she yelling saying if I didn't ask it's not in there threw my food in the window but I'm puzzled because why do you think that was ok when I'm spending my money in an establishment showing you the upmost respect. I ask for a refund she refused for like 10 min do you know I never received my food and she tried to take my money!!!!!!!!Never coming back!!!!!!!!!!
This Harold's Chicken is okay I always ask for it fresh so chances are it would taste great sometimes they do a great job it depends on who prepared
The food is excellent and the customer service is getting better.
Best harolds on the south side! I don't eat at any other ones! Great customer service and the chicken was very well season! And the fries!!! Perfecto!
