Worst place! With the weather being 8 deegres all buildings have power except building 10! There it's no maintenance on duty, my mom is 85 years old and i have a 10 month old son leaving with us and there its no explanation as to why we have no power.

Watch out the apartments staff dont miss a chance to tow your car even if they know you are a resident.honestly i don't recomend it.the dish washer is leaking, the noise of the air conditioner extractor make a terrible noise that I can't sleep etc...

I stayed in Harris Branch years ago. I moved out at the end of either 2014 or 2015. We left the apartment cleaner than it was when I moved in. I called to ask if I had a bill remaining, left contact info, etc. and everything was ok the bills were paid up, and the final two water bills would come out of the deposit. This year, I received a bill for 208 from a collection company. I called Harris Branch find out what it was for, as I made sure to pay my bills on time. I was told that there was a remaining bill for three water bills. Now when you are first billed for water, you pay two months behind, so how is there \three water\ bills?! Then they had a deposit, so why am I being charged for these notorious water bills. I was sure to pay my bills as I had a housing voucher at the time, so my rent was about 350. Therefore I could pay my water bills which usually ranged between 50 and 65... Which three times would add up to less than 200. Why the lies. I spoke well about the company before because the apartment was ok, but now, being that they are showing that other side, I do not recommend these apartments unless you are prepared that they may find a way to rip you off. I am disappointed and refuse to recommend it to anyone else. I guess I should have realized when there were so many complaints from the residents at the independent living facility located down south on Woodward across the street from the IRS building. I tried to say that Capstone Management would not allow funny business... Well, we live and learn. And please, if you will respond, be genuine, don't bring that generic response of \contact us to resolve the matter\ unless you are really willing to resolve the matter.

I need to get in contact with the owner of Harris Branch Apartments on Dessau in Austin . I believe the front office gave me the wrong number. I am currently a tenant their and the issues not getting corrected properly,the manager is not accepting my rent and I'm getting tired of going around and around with her. She trying to bill me for something that I didn't do,and I can't get a hold of the owner of these apartments or talk to her manager.
