I've taken my children there for 14 years. We went last week from Andrews. I was 30 minutes early. They said I was 30 minutes late and would have to reschedule. I drove an hour to get there and have waited hours on previous visits. We miss Dr. Toledo and Sylva pediatrics. Since he left and Harris got involved the place went off a cliff. We won't darken their doors again.

We love this place. Our 5 year old has been going here for 2 years now and we're about to switch the baby from ABC peds in Asheville. It's nice to have somewhere dependable to go that is close to home. We see Dr. Alweiss and he's been great. I can be a bit of a hypochondriac, especially when it comes to the kiddos and he's always spot on. Last year, our oldest was really sick for over three weeks and we were in multiple times. We feel like he treated our little girl like he would have his own. He was clearly concerned for her and was attentive but with sound judgement for the appropriate steps (what tests were appropriate to run and when). We're grateful that we have such great doctors and nurses at our disposal. We usually get in pretty quickly when we have an appointment and have been lucky on the walk-in appointments a few times. I don't think their waits are any longer than anywhere else we've been and the check-in process is quick and easy. Also, a big thanks to the miracle nurse that somehow was able to get our oldest out from under the chair to get her vaccine last month. Thank you for your patience and kindness :o)

Dr. Toledo is an excellent doctor! I've went to him my whole life so far and I plan to continue seeing him as long as I can. He's not your average talk for 15 seconds then leave doctor. Anyone can tell that he really cares about his patients. I would recommend Dr. Toledo to everyone! Great pediatrician.
