Today February 7, our little Max came home. We prayed for a Chihuahua, and God delivered. I can genuinely say how great the staff treated us we were never Rushed to buy. we spend quality time with max and couldn't leave home without him a cutie.Thank you guys so much

Staff are very friendly. Wide selection of puppies and kittens. Walked in there for 1 dog and left out with 2. Beautiful service, clean, you get time with the puppies or kitten of your choice before you purchase. No pressure to buy. Great experience definitely would recommend.

1. This place does not require you to sanitize your hands first before touching any animals, or in between visiting other animals. 2. Many of the animals have colds and other illnesses when you visit the store. 3. You can request an animal that’s sick, and it chews on fabric toys while it’s visiting with you. Then when you request a second animal, the 2nd animal will play with the same infected toys! The employees don’t know and don’t check. 4. The animals cannot be tested for Covid and are exposed to multiple groups of people everyday. 5. The prices are double or more what you might expect, yet people pay it. Ridiculous. 6. The very moment you walk into the shop, the smell of animals and urine and whatever else will hit you hard. The people who work there are used to it. I immediately showered and washed my family’s clothes and jackets after visiting. I don’t know why this place doesn’t keep the door or windows open a bit to ventilate the place! That would be a good idea to help with Covid risks during winter and etc! 7. Allergy sufferers, beware. 8. I don’t want to financially support this place just bc they don’t seem careful screening people coming in to protect the animals etc. We are looking elsewhere.

I went in looking for an exotic short hair kitten. They did have quite a few and they were adorable. The staff person I worked with was actually very friendly, knowledgeable, and was more than willing to let me take out the cats to play with in a separate area. I went in on a Saturday and it wasn't very crowded at all. The negatives about the place would first be the price! It was 3500 for the kitten I was interested in! I was pretty sticker shocked because pure breds from breeders online seem to be more around 1500-2000 average. It wasn't like the cat had exceptional markings or anything that made it more special than an average exotic. I just thought it would be nice to not have to ship a cat from an out of state breeder since I live so close. Second con is the size of the cages, especially for the pups. It did make me a little sad to see them so cooped up and I was really surprised they didn't have bigger cages because it's not like there's an outdoor area for them to go out and play. So it's cute animals and convenient if you live in the area, but way overpriced and kind of a sad environment for the animals in there.

I’ve had my pug puppy (12 weeks old, named Rosie!) for about a week now. She is incredibly healthy & happy - so thankful I found this place! She is my joy. Staff was very kind and communicative. When I left with her, I was given a packet of information and a few months supply of food. Very professional and caring. As for the complaints on price - a kind reminder that puppies are expensive little things (vet costs, food, toys, medicine, etc.). The puppies (in my opinion) are fairly priced, especially coming with their shots and chipped.
