We use Hastings for opening, closing and repair service on our apartment community pool in Avon Lake at The Aqua Marine. Expert repair staff, fast response times, and friendly service. We also receive bulk chemical delivery from them, and it always timely. I recommend Hastings !!!

I don't know about the Cleveland branch, but the Columbus one is great. Usually people will sap you dry to even look at the pool, but these guys were chill, not afraid of dogs, don't ask about money until everything is done, talked us through issues on the phone while staying patient, tell you how to manage upkeep, and offer help a little extra help without you having to ask. Thanks dudes. Pricey, but for the other pool services in the area it's honestly the best you're gonna get pricewise.

I could write a book about this place and all the screw ups their techs did to my in-ground, high end pool. The people they hire are transient. They are not qualified. You are better off doing it yourself or calling another company. Trust me, they are not qualified. Call someone else...

My parents local pool used this company any for their swim lessons. They offered 3 sessions during the summer. The morning of the FIRST session I got an email- not even a phone call that the ENTIRE 2 week session had to be cancelled \due to unforeseen circumstances\. So I had no choice but to sign my child up for the 2nd session offered for that summer. I get an email confirmation and my child does a great job at her first class. Performing stuff she wouldn't even do for us. So I was very hopeful. Then a phone call comes later that day that one of the other parents cancels and their has to be a tota of 3 kids per session. Which was in the paperwork. However my child had already been to a class and how is that fair!!!! So TWICE I have been cancelled from classes. That's ok- my money will go to a more reliable company!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!! Unless you like getting the run around!
