I had 6 precast concrete treads that needed replacing. I reached out to several precast companies and only Hatch responded. Kiki was extremely helpful and was responsive all throughout the estimate and purchasing process. I won't lie, it did take 3 months, and little communication after purchase, which was disconcerting. However, once the treads were finally in production, they were completed quickly. I drove down to pick them up and to my surprise two employees loaded them for us which is not easy (135lb slabs x6). The treads are very high quality and have a very good looking finish. The price was very competitive and reasonable. Only wish they were completed faster, but overall this company did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Newest update on 10/6/2020: Today they delivered the new caps. They look amazing! They actually fit and have consistent color. But, they were delivered almost a month after my last call and over two years after our first request. The product looks amazing and eventually they will make things right but be prepared that it may take 2 years for you to get what you paid for. Update to my review on 9/11/2020: I just received a phone call from Hatch Precast telling me that they will repour the fire pit tops/caps and deliver them to my house. They are trying to make it right after two years! I will update again once the caps are delivered. Old review: We got a fire pit made by Hatch a few years ago. The first delivery they brought the wrong size top. The second time they brought us three top pieces that don’t fit together and have very different coloration. The whole thing is basically junk and we paid over 600 for it. They won’t return any of our calls or emails to fix the problem. They have horrible customer service. We haven’t glued the tops on despite having it for two years because we’ve been hoping one of these times they’d return our call. Be very careful dealing with this business. As you can see below (in other bad reviews) they point blame back at the customer. I will update my review if they end up reaching out to me to fix the problem.
Hatch precast reached out to us after realizing our request for a fix got lost for a little while. I was taking their lack of response as not caring, but they thought they had solved our issue and are now really working to help us out.
They have provided us with thousands of treads over the years. Good quality and customer service. Highly recommended.

They are by far the worst company to deal with. They messed up my order twice and the first time it some how was my fault and I had to pay more money to get them right and then even after that they came back wrong again. If your a contractor STAY AWAY!!!. They will make you only look bad and cost you more money.
