From minute one, our experience with Havens Hardwood was excellent. Rick came by to assess for a bid for refinishing our hardwood and was very forth right with ideas and professional, so much so that we accepted his bid even though a touch higher than the other bid. We appreciated the additional advice and explanations to our questions and concerns from Rick, Lara and Jessica at their showroom. The work crew, led by Emerson, took as much time as we needed to stain the floors with several different options. They were very pleasant and showed great care for our home as they worked the job. In the end, the work was finished on time and with excellent quality. It was the best money we have ever spent on our house.

Overall, very happy with our experience with Havens. Among several other bids, they were right on track and even lower in some costs. They replaced water damaged boards in the kitchen, refinished existing hardwoods, laced in to two other rooms, and replaced the carpeting on the stairs with hardwood. Rick was knowledgeable about the moisture issues in the kitchen, acclimating the new wood to our home, and issues around staining maple. Joao and Rayo did a wonderful job installing and finishing the project quickly and beautifully.
