I’m incredibly grateful for the caring and professional staff at Hawks Ridge. During these trying times with the Covid pandemic, they are making sure their residents and their families are safe, cared for and informed. My Mom is happy, healthy and making new friends each day. My mother lived very happily at Hawks Ridge for the last 4 years of her life. She enjoyed the homey, nurturing atmosphere and she found many good friends there. This place is absolutely amazing, we recently moved my mother to Hawks Ridge and as you can imagine we were extremely nervous about the event. The staff at Hawks Ridge could not have been any better, not only in the way they are caring for my mom, but also in the way they been with the family in easing our fears. Best of all my mom loves it her, she is totally at home and has transitioned better than we could have imagined, and all praise goes to the folks at Hawks Ridge. Hawk's Ridge has been such a wonderful place for my 80 year old Auntie! I have been there visiting her on numerous occasions and everyone has been so delightful! Their food is yummy! Great chefs there! A lot of activities and so many fun things to do. The rooms are very nice sized and are quite comfortable. I am blessed to not have to worry about her living on her own, now that she is in the caring hands of the folks at Hawk's Ridge. A special Shout out to Rachel, as she is especially kind to my Auntie, who can be kind of stubborn sometimes. Thank you Rachel! You are loved and appreciated!!

I contacted Rachel Lahti to correct a mailing address and recipient error. I was super impressed by the promptness by which she returned my call, by her taking responsibility for the error (not laying blame elsewhere which she could have easily done), and by how open and engaged she was when we discussed rectifying the blooper. What a great leader! Glad to have her in our community. What an asset she is to Hawks Ridge.
