I bought my first hay net 1 1/2 years ago. I have 3 horses and I have to say that it worked perfect. After this though I found holes in the net and we fixed that. This year in January I bought a new net and also bought a bale feeder so that the horses can't stand on it and ripping it. Sadly enough my new hay net only lasted 3 months. Today I found 2 big rips on my net even being in a bale feeder . Pretty disappointed. The person I bought it from said to get a heavier net for livestock. Go figure !!!!

Super disappointed in this companies customer service! Ordered a new large round bale hay net. I am only hours away and have to wait 2 weeks to have my order shipped to me. No where was this posted on there website that orders are so far out until after you place your order. Called after waiting 10days for my order just to get told no sorry we can not speed up your order unless you want to cancel it and pay money to expedite it. This will be the last time I buy from this company this is not the first time they have been super slow on getting your orders shipped out.
Bought 4 hay nets and love the ease of loading them and hanging them. Hay waste is down to a minimum and horses are happy. And customer service is absolutely the best!!! Ordering 4 more!!! Thanks hay chix for making a great product and standing behind it.
Great experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service and response. Just received the large bale net and so far so good, easy to use and keeping a lot of hay from being wasted right off the bat.
I can't say enough great things about the large round bale nets. It even has made my husband happy and that's not an easy job....lol. The company is excellent to work with and the product is out of this world... I just love my round bale hay nets. I have six horses three of which are 27 years old plus and have kept their weight on and look great. Thanks again,
Can't say enough good things about these hay nets! I have had my original nets for years and they have held up. Well worth the investment.
I recently bought the small square bail nets they work grate the horses didn't have any trouble getting used to them they are great
