After picking out our lovely slab we had a great template come and measure for our countertops. Then our installers, Justin and Tolly, were fabulous. They kept us informed as to what they were doing and why they were doing what they were doing. Plus they handled the big slabs like it was easy. Came out fantastic!

Very unhappy with the cloudy blemishes that occured on my Rococo White countertop from tea cups. I have been trying to get some resolution on this for months now and keep being put off. They don't seem to be concerned that the kitchen renovation has been held up for months. After spending close to 5,000 their commitment to customer satisfaction is not very evident.

Template and installers were very nice to work with! Customer service (one in particular) was not. She was a space case throughout our entire process and very unprofessional. She messed up our template schedule date and install date and did not notice these errors until the night before BOTH TIMES. Never received a sorry or anything. Unfortunately she was the only one I was dealing with and therefore will NOT be recommending this place nor give it higher than a 1 star review.
