Tuned up and fixed my tire for my golf cart. Did a great job. Will definitely be going back next time I need repairs.
Took my snow blower in and they had it performing like new. We had a slight hiccup but they made it right. Great business, highly recommended. I will recommend them to anyone that needs any small engine/equipment work.
My snowblower is 7 years old and I knew it needed to have the belts replaced. I called HDR they were very nice on the phone and I explained what I needed to have done and asked if they could pick it up. They gave me a day and a rough idea as to when it would be picked up for service. The guy that picked up had a very positive attitude and went over with me to confirm with me what needed to be done. They then called me in a few days with an estimate and suggestions of a couple of other things they noticed should be repaired. They were not pushy sales people at all. I felt they were saying if this was their snowblower they would suggest what they had suggested. I proceeded with the service/repair. They called a few days later when it was done for me to pay for the repair and set up a delivery. I was very pleased from start to finish with HDR. I high recommend them. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service.
Extraordinary service. Dan is the kind of upfront and honest guy that we need more of in this world. We had a piece of equipment in for repair and when the problem was diagnosed we asked him if the other side of the unit should be done as well. He could have said yes and padded his bottom line but instead he explained why it really wasn't necessary based on his diagnosis of the problem. Thanks again HDR.
