I’ve been with this company for almost two month, Still having issues with pay! They want you to come to work and not pay. This place is a complete joke. I reached out, I haven’t heard from nobody. I got in contact with the person that hired me. They said HeadWay has a lot of issues when it comes down to paying people reading these comments, I detect no lies!

The worst temp service. If you chose to work with them - You will be subjected to verbal abuse. Total confusion. Consistent badgering. Your daily actions are under a microscope. They highly micromanage. The entity is very rough around the edges as though they haven't done this before, lack of experience. They are very unprofessional in how they treat new hires. They badger their clients and their contract employees. They will tell you that they do not want to hire you, when the client specifically wants you. And they have fired contract employees on Christmas Eve.

This was my first experience as a brand ambassador. From the first con-tact with HEADWAY, I was made to feel comfortable and valued. I had contact with at least four of the employees there. All were courteous and helpful and encouraging. The company that I represented was just as delightful and the experience was quite enjoyable. Training was clear and concise and prepared me for the work. I would love to work for HEADWAY again, if the opportunity presents itself.
