Health and Fitness Meals is amazing! I've been ordering food from them for a couple weeks now and I'm extremely pleased. I got into a rut when it comes to meal prepping so it's so nice to have someone else do it for me and they completely customize the meals to what macros you need, what things you like and don't like. I highly recommend!
Everything on the menu is amazing and tastes exceptional. I love the rotating menu choices and the amount of options each week. I struggle with eating consistently and the variety of meals make what I eat throughout the week exciting. Everything is made fresh and is never frozen and the staff is very friendly and care for their customers! I would recommend this company to anyone who doesn't have the time to cook and loves eating healthy.

Top notch food quality. Hands down best food delivery services available. I have tried a lot of different ones and this one is the best. Always great variety and very tasty meals. I have yet to have one bad meal to date. Finally a meal replacement program that I don't mind cheating on eating out! Food delivery service is great and they are willing to put it in your fridge or ice cooler outside. Super friendly staff and non judgemental about anything! I always on the go, so I put these meals in the ice chest. Warm them up as I go and make amazing quick 2 minute meals that taste SO FRESH. It doesn't taste like microwave dinner for sure! They have a long term customer with me!
The food is amazing! I was skeptical about ordering from another meal prep business because my first experience was terrible. However, the food from Health and Fitness Meals is amazing and the staff is super friendly!
Just had the sticky pineapple chicken! It was sooooo good! I was actually surprised because I'm a pretty good chef myself and I can be critical but the chicken was moist and everything was flavorful.
I was skeptical at first and couldn’t imagine that the variety and flavor could be too great, however HF Meals has exceeded all of my expectations. I work late and generally don’t have the time to prepare healthy balanced meals. HF meals has facilitated this. In the process I have lost 4 lbs in 6 weeks (my ultimate goal is 10lbs total). These meals are consistent with my health goals, the quality and variety is great, and the people are amazing and flexible to work with. I love that they are local which also saves on delivery fees. I recommend this service to all of my active and non active friends. I have even gifted to new moms. I cannot say enough. Great for everyone no matter what you health goals!
