I went on a whim to Healthy Body Massage Therapy and after my first deep tissue massage with Stefanie Mousseau, I will never go anywhere else! The professionalism, the expertise she displayed and the quality of her massages are top notch. She knows how to treat a variety of ailments and always provides insight on how your body is progressing. My muscles are less tense and my range of movement has improved. Anyone who says they need a massage, I always say Healthy Body Massage Therapy is the place to go!!

Shannan is wonderful! I receive a signature therapeutic massage every few weeks and always feel great afterwards. She is very knowledgeable and listens to what you want/need out of your massage. The facility is warm and welcoming. I would recommend her to anyone!
I am a Physical Education and Health Education teacher, as well as the Varsity Cross Country and Track coach at NVHS. I'm also a soccer athlete in 5 different soccer leagues and desperately needed something to help my body. I went to Stefanie for a Sports massage to help my aching body. The hour long massage was amazing, and I only wish this was a daily occurrence. Stefanie just seemed to know exactly what needed to be worked on, and how to penetrate my muscles that needed it most. I would highly highly recommend Stefanie as a massage therapist to anyone, anytime!!
I work as a firefighter and practice massage as well. So needless to say i need the bodywork. I have been to approx 30 therapists ove the years and I have not come accross someone so knowledgeable and intuitive as Stefani. As a fellow therapists I can only hope to be able to provide the same therapy as someone as good as her. A definite must for anyone living in or visiting the Reno area.
Excellent. I had a deep-tissue massage with Stephanie, and it really helped me releave my back pain. She is very experienced and professional.
