I had given up on being able to hear much of anything for years. One day I needed my hearing aids repaired and found this company on the web to do that. (My other guy died) Anyway they fixed them and later on when I decided to get a new pair I went back to them. When I got my new aids the first thing I said was that they were defective because all I could hear was a buzzing sound. The person went to the thermostat and turned off the heat and low and behold that was the buzzing sound. I never heard that before. Wow, that was great. I just recently bought another pair off of them. Jim is a very thorough and patient man and he gets the job done. Thanks for all your patience with me.

There's a little more to amplifying your hearing than I understood. Jim explained things well and had me up and hearing well right away. Follow up visits made things better. The fit is comfortable and life experience is much better because I can hear. Crowded spaces with hard walls and floors are no problem. Should have done it years ago. Appointment times are usually within 10 minutes of your scheduled time. Follow ups only take 10-20 minutes.
