We recently purchased gas logs from Larry. He and Pete helped us through the process of getting the gas line installed and county inspection prior to installation. We love our new gas fireplace! About a year ago, Larry also helped my in-laws choose a replacement insert. My mother-in-law uses oxygen full time, and was very concerned about any potential dangers of utilizing a gas fireplace. Larry spent a great deal of time answering their questions and finding the best insert for her situation. Many thanks for taking care of the whole family!

My gas fireplace was having some issues starting up. Two technicians, Brandon and Russell, came to my house (within the small window of time they promised to visit during), listened to my description of the issue and got right to work. They were very considerate of my time and taking care of my home. They quickly understood the issue and got right to work. My fireplace is back to working properly and is cleaner than it was when we bought the house. Thanks so much!!!!

The folks at Hearth & Patio provided excellent customer service! First, they were able to diagnose my fireplace's issue over the phone.
