I purchased my used 2017 MINI Cooper S Hardtop 2 Door from Forrest yesterday and am absolutely in love. Forrest was really knowledgeable with the product and went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. With that being said, Thomas Birdsall was very helpful with dealing with my trade value and getting me to my ideal monthly payment. Ryan Armstrong, the FI Manager made the entire finance process very smooth and quick, got me in and out in no time and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Forrest and the entire Hendrick MINI team!

Recently purchased a new Mini Cooper S (2dr) This was by far the most pleasurable experience I have had buying a car. We were able to wander around looking at the cars without being collared by a sales guy as soon as you step on the lot. Then when we went inside for some assistance, the salesman who was helping us, Forest, was excellent throughout the process including some after market additions. Everything was totally transparent around the finances and at no point did I feel like I was being sold a car. We are really pleased with the car and left very happy customers. All to often you like the car, but always feel you have been ripped off somehow. Well done Hendrick Mini and thank you Forest we love the car.

As someone who doesn’t really know much about cars, getting my car serviced is always stressful. In the past, I’ve had places take advantage of my lack of knowledge and convince me to spend outrageous amounts of money on things that didn’t even need to be fixed. I bought my first mini at Hendrick in 2018 and now I will not go anywhere else. I feel I am in good hands at mini because they truly care about their customers. They are honest, which is something that is very important to me. When I get my car serviced, I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of. My service advisor, Eric Snyder, is outstanding and I know that what he’s recommending is in my best interest. I’m so thankful that I found a dealership that is honest and a service advisor who actually cares about his customers’ best interests! I will continue shopping at Hendrick Mini, and i am so happy that I came to y’all in 2019. They truly provide a great experience that is so rare with car dealerships!
