I purchased my Toyota C-HR through Kim at this location. When I went in I had a little down payment, a old beat up trade in, not the best credit, and hope for a miracle. Between Kim, Eddie the manager, and Daisy I was well taken care of. I got my dream car at a rate I could handle. They listened to me and made a miracle happen. I cannot fully explain how truly grateful I am to have walked into this dealership. They took care of me and truly saved me. My old car wasn’t going to make it much longer and they knew I needed help. I will forever return to the place and I will always refer this place. I honestly cannot express my gratitude. I went into Hendrick Toyota on intending to test drive a vehicle I'd been reading about. I left a couple of hours later with the perfect car at a great price. i am going to toyota dealership for buy my rav4 of lease at today. i feeling is so bad. my rav4 is good when i arrive there. but when they inspection my car .and come back tell me my tire was damage.ok i think 37000mile should be change new tire for safe. but service so slow. i got a appointment at 7:30. and i was wake up 6am and dowm there 7:20am and the lady tell me .dealer come in 8:30. i can't waiting long time . . the dealer give me a idea .i can rent a car go back fist. and everything is done .he will drive my car go back to me. i coming back to work at 1:10pm. the dealer turn the car to me at 2:20pm .and i realize my windshield is broken. i don't want to say anything if my windshield not broken. i am feeling terrible today！
