My recent experience with Heritage was a very pleasant one. My car was disabled and had to be towed, it was a Sunday evening. Heritage was the closest Cadillac dealer. On Monday morning, I received a courtesy call from Mr. Higgins confirming my car was there and that I’d be contacted once a diagnostic test was performed. In a few hours I received that call with full details of my car’s results and the costs involved to repair it. I approved the service to be performed. I received a follow up call with the time my car would be available for pick-up. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and escorted to the cashier’s office. The entire experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Everyone I encountered was professional and helpful. Mr. Higgins even had a good sense of humor. I’d definitely return in the future to have my car serviced by this location.
