Tried Herzog after dealing with another glass company that was a nightmare, and have been more than impressed with the customer service, pricing, communication and product quality. With frequent glass orders for multiple uses and projects, we have been searching for a professional company to work with and have finally found that in Herzog. Josh is excellent, replies quickly with pricing estimates and accurate lead times, and orders have been complete and as expected every time. The whole team has been great to work with and it is a huge benefit to have a reliable source for something we need so often. I'd highly recommend the company, and Josh in particular, to anyone looking for a glass source.

They did a great job on the glass and hardware in my high end master bathroom shower. Perfect fit and finish and they showed up when promised. Very professional. Expensive but worth every penny!
Just had all the glass and a new \store front\ with sliding glass doors installed in my 19th floor condo... Herzog did a nice job, real quality work. Guys were always on time and they took pride in their workmanship.
Had the worst experience with a worker of yours and I'm not even a customer. Glad to see you train your workers to be hostile when they're in the wrong. I recommend you follow up with all your employees on how to be respectful to non customers as well as current customers. Completely uncalled for and just rude.
Great Service. We had some hiccups on the job with the glass not fitting but they responded to the problems quickly and they made it right! Very good work and very happy with their customer service. Thanks for the beautiful glass work!
