When I called to speak to Keith (owner), he just hung up the phone without even saying "he is not interested" or "he is busy" showing how unprofessional and inconsiderate he is. As a local business owner myself, I would never do that to anyone who calls my business. Have the guts to politely end the conversation than being a jerk. This shows how he handles his clients.
