Friendly, people, active, from very young, teen youth group, couples small groups, women's group, men's ministry, seniors. Comfortable modern, air conditioned, no snobby attitude, easily accessible from Elmira, Horseheads, Corning and more. Right off highway in Big Flatts. Pastor Mike Schlooy friendly easy going, never up tight.

I have been a member of Higher Hope Church for over five years. Pastor Mike Schooley brings sound biblical teaching straight from the Bible every week, inspiring us and convicting us to live up to God's calling on our lives. This church truly lives up to its mission to \lead people to abundant life in Jesus Christ\. At Higher Hope, we are equipped to become change agents in our community and in the world, bringing the life-changing truth of God's Word to our generation. We aren't passive observers in this church. We are encouraged to SEEK God; to READ His Word daily; and to ACT on His leading. The members are real people who are on the journey of faith together. I have been extremely blessed by Higher Hope Church. The women's small groups have enriched my life and helped me draw closer to the Lord through fellowship and prayer. I am so thankful that the Lord led me to Higher Hope and to the wonderful people within its doors.
