Horrible service! Delivery driver never responds to emails or messages unless he's trying to deliver your water a day other than typical pick/up delivery. Do yourself a favor, and save money too. Buy a good quality under the counter water filter.

Very pleased with quality water and great delivery experience. When my delivery date changed they provided ample notice and the ability to add more 5 gallon water bottles. We have been customers for 3 plus years and are pleased with HS.
4.5 stars for Customer Service when you can reach them; 1 star for capacity. Took 1 hour to sort out my first order which the lady at Costco entered incorrectly. I will update after I receive the first order. They need more staff. Note - if you buy from a sales person at a retail location, double-check what they order before you finalize. You can change orders online but only AFTER you receive the first one. Will save you time on hold.
I began my service as the Chicago shelter in place order took affect. Their call-in customer service was friendly and helpful. My delivery is contact-free, consistent, reliable, I have never been disappointed. I’m so glad to be done with the guilt and effort of buying bottled water at the store. I’m so glad I decided to try this service.
I have had Hinckley Springs Water service for at least 4 years now. Service is good and dependable. Quality product and I love the new dispenser. You just slide the bottle into the machine. You can, easily, manage your account online or by calling customer service. Either way works.
