I highly recommend Howard Jimmies Demolition. They were outstanding they came out and demo'd a house on a lot that I had purchased recently. The house was taken down quickly and the debris removed all in a timely manner. Special thanks To Karen, who handled the permitting and booking and answered all of my questions quickly and helped me navigate through this process. Also thanks to Mike and Rakeif , who did the job, they worked quickly and efficiently as well as making the project as I had envisioned it. Everyone was pleasant to deal with . I couldn't be more happier with the end result. I will recommend them in the future. Thank you for making my experience a great one .

I HIGHLY recommend HJ Demolition to anyone who needs a good demo company. Not only are the easy to work with but the quality and timeliness is second to none. Karen and Mike gave us the schedule and each time it was met perfectly. High quality, precision demo and the clean up was amazing!!! I look forward to working with them on future projects.
I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a demolition contractor. Very easy to work with and always on schedule. Any questions we've ever had, Karen Fedele is always available to answer. They have done many jobs for me over the years and have always provided excellent and on time results.
I like to, when working with a company for the first time, give a summary from my viewpoint of how things went. I, and the owner, are very happy with how the coordination between Howard Jimmie (HJ), the City, and our company was conducted throughout the project. I always found the HJ staff, particularly Kevin and Karen, to be very accessible and helpful at keeping us appraised on the status of the job. This 3 building demolition project was very time sensitive. Thanks to all the HJ staff and, those that did the work on site, in doing such a professional job and completing it within the time frame that was required. In fact we have now just completed a bit smaller second project with HJ, and it also was done with the same competence that HJ showed in the first project. As we are looking at doing a 3rd larger project in the near future I am sure that we will go to HJ to work with us on that one. KF, Property Manager
