Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Devoid of compassion or any concept of customer service!! We rented a house and were not allowed to use it because of the \threat\ of hurricane even though we have friends who drove down to their house that week. We tried to reschedule because we were not interested in a refund but rather wanted the vacation time as a family during this awful year. We were told there is no way to substitute a week for any house at any time. There was not even a minimal of customer service to attempt to work with us. We will never use this Realty again. Ever!

Our vacation was top-notch! The house was very well appointed, beautifully decorated, and the views from every room were stunning! It was a very short walk to the beach, the pool was relaxing and the space under the house was perfect for grilling and enjoying the breeze with family and friends. Never received an email with the door code. Have called left multiple (7-8) messages. No return call. Good job Hobbs. Non responsive to a phone that states we will listen and respond until 10pm.
I couldn't just pick one above because I believe they good on all of them. Really like Hobbs Realty!! Been using them for a long time now. For whenever we get to go to the beach!!! Like how most are kept updated and close to the beach!! Have a lot of good memories from being here throughout the years. Would really like to live here one day. Lol But really like how well they take care of you and are good in getting back to you if you have a need or question. Would really recommend using Hobby Realty.
My family and I had the privilege of staying at Ocean Melody and Ocean Harmony for two weeks and had the most wonderful time of our lives. The beach house provided the perfect accommodations for my entire family and the home had everything we needed and more. Memories were made that will never be forgotten. We will be sure to return next year!
