This was my first experience with Holtkamp. I chose them because of great reviews and it is a locally owned family business. Ashley in office was very pleasant and took time to ask questions and get information. Jarrod the technician was very thorough, knowledgeable and broke down my issues and options very clearly! He also was able to do some things immediately to help until the parts arrived. I could tell this is a business that values the consumer and trains staff to the customer first! I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

While installing a new thermostat, the fuse in the furnace blew. It was 10PM on a Saturday night. No place to go get a fuse and temp was below freezing. Called Holtkamp and Jeff Newman came out, driving over an hour to get to our house. He fixed the problem, inspected the wiring and got the heat back on. Great job Jeff!!!

After 24 years one of my furnaces finally gave it up. I called Holtkamp on on a very cold Friday. Matthew came out that afternoon and quickly diagnosed the issue which was one of the blower motors had gone bad. He was able to get it running again but we knew it would quit again. Which it did that evening. Matthew reviewed my options and quoted me pricing for two new furnaces. We were set up for 8am Monday morning and his installers arrived right on time as promised. They were very professional and courteous. They got the job done, asked if we had any questions, cleaned everything up, even vacuumed the floors around the area they were working! We are all good again enjoying good comfort. Thanks Holtkamp team!!

I’ve been using Holtkamp for many years. I had them install my AC unit and then had them install the heating unit shortly thereafter. They’ve done the maintenance ever since. They also installed a couple of carbon monoxide detectors and recommended a better way to set up my dehumidifier. Every technician who has come to my house over the years for maintenance has been great - friendly polite professional. Everyone I’ve spoken with on the phone has been the same.
