HELP was a huge help for us. We are new homeowners and we were shocked at our high gas bills during our first winter in the house. After researching online, we signed up for the BGE home energy audit (costs 100 and includes a lot of free stuff as part of the audit. There is zero reason not to do it if you are at all concerned about the weatherproofing in your home). Bob from HELP came out to perform our audit, which revealed the existence of several massive connections between the attic and our basement, which essentially caused our basement to constantly suck cold air in from the outside, forcing our furnace to work overtime. Bob walked us through his proposal and quote as well as the BGE rebate process, and was able to secure a really high rebate for us. Mike and Joe came out to do the actual insulating and sealing work, and they were polite, diligent, and thorough throughout. I can’t say enough positive things about the HELP team and I highly highly recommend both HELP and the BGE Energy Audit program.

Home Energy Loss Professionals (H.E.L.P.) came to my home last December & did an Energy Audit on my home, J. & K. did a great job. I called them on a Monday & they got me on their schedule within a week to come out & do the Energy Audit. They were on time and very professional. J. was very patient explaining the entire process to me. By then end of the Audit I felt more than comfortable with starting the process to get the full work done. It took about 2 weeks to receive the Energy Audit reports which was prioritized & had easy to understand pricing. It was very easy for me to understand what BGE was going to rebate & pay for, & a savings to investment report telling me how soon I would see my money back. I called Robert (owner of H.E.L.P.) & he happily answered all of my questions (I had A LOT of questions) & by the end of the conversation I felt comfortable scheduling for HELP to come to my home & they were at my home doing the work a few weeks later! The crew showed up on time and ready to work! They were very respectful and were able to work around anything I had going on. They are a wonderful family business who treated my home and family like their own. I have recommended them to all of my family and friends. Thanks for everything, Home Energy Loss Professionals (H.E.L.P.)! My family has been very comfortable and warm all winter, not to mention the 20% reduction in our bills!
