Appointment at 8:00 a.m. checked in at 7:00 a.m. get door at 7:50 a.m. finished unloading and get paperwork in hand at 8:45 a.m. very fast unloading. Just making sure you got PO #s. Plenty of parking in the street.

The manager of recieving is awesome, i was already late for home to buy dinner for my kid. He put me ahead of the line so i can get home in time. Very friendly people.
Docks 1/2 are a little difficult to get into. Lots of employees parked all over, yet not fully in their spots. Had combos, was unloaded within an hour. Parking on the street. No one bothered me either.
From a drivers standpoint this place is not very good. There is NO place to park on their property and the street parking is very limited. I’m still waiting for a 10:00 am appointment (after checking in at 7:00am) it is 11 am btw. The receiving department staff is rude and unapologetic about their ineptitude. I guess I’ll be angry and wrinkled like their meatballs by the time I leave.
Arrived at 0545 for a 0700 appt. took me right away. Door 1/2 is very difficult to back in especially with all the snow banks. Employees parked in no parking areas near the door adding to the challenge. Check in easy. Ring both bells on wall next to window. Don’t bother calling the number no one answered. The attached pic is from another poster but it helped me so I wanted to repost. It shows traffic pattern and ship/receive location.
