If you are looking for an incredible audio/visual expert and installation, look no further than Home Theatre Technologies. As our discerning nature dictated, we interviewed three different AV companies. We rated them based on knowledge, reputation, professionalism, and price. James and his team were head and shoulders above the rest. James’s attention to detail and ability/patience in explaining complex audio and video intricacies, products, and pro and cons between service providers/products was unmatched. Our experience was exactly what we hoped it would be. James made himself available during all hours (even during a family tragedy). He was quick to respond to communication. Quick to offer solutions. And, has remained accessible and quick to fix any issues even after the project was completed. His team was friendly, attentive, and extremely professional. The install of our home speakers, automation system, tv’s, and networking was quick, seamless, and a far better experience than we could have anticipated. His pricing and the quality of products he offers were also much more competitively priced compared to the other companies we interviewed. We’ve been working with HTT for over 2 years and have spent well over 150k with them on theater equipment, Wi-Fi, whole home audio, and programmable light switches. They have zero desire to finish the work at our home. Nothing works as designed or promised. They routinely underestimate how long a job will take and then never make appropriate time to finish the job. We go for months without hearing from HTT - even though we still owe money if the will finish the work. I hate big companies like StarPower which is why I went to HTT - but I’m advising everyone to go with a big guy. At least that have enough resources to try and finish the job.

This is a first-class company that still understands \customer service\. Once you're a client, your a client for life! There isn't anything related to home theater or home automation that James and his people can't fix. James is the smartest professional in this business, hands down.
