Jennifer Chilton Kolkhorst was the appraiser for our home a few weeks ago. She appraised my home 11,000 LESS than my neighbor’s EXACT same floor plan/upgrades across the street. Our security camera shows her arrival at 2:59 pm & her departure at 3:06. You can tell how thorough she was. On her report which took a week to get back- she put the WRONG BUILDER down & her “comparable sales” were laughable because she used a home that sold last year in 2019 vs the same model that sold right down the road for a lot higher just a few months ago. She did not do correct measurements of the home either. The bank asked her to do it again & she declined. Must be too busy seeing she is a “Senior Appraiser” The bank PAID for a new appraiser to come out & do it. He appraised at asking price! Which was 9,000 higher than hers! Funny. He also spent a full 45 mins in and outside of our home & had the correct information on his report. What a blessing! It also took him 1 day to send his report back to the bank! Amazing. If you want to avoid a head ache & irresponsible/unprofessional appraiser, do not give this company your business.
