We went on 1/17/2021. The gym was supposed to have a limited capacity of 20 and everyone was required to wear a mask. With these restrictions, we felt comfortable going as we haven't left the house much since Covid started. We were having a great time as most people were abiding by the rules. We ended up leaving early as a father came in with his 3 children. The father refused to wear a mask (his children wore them) and he kept climbing and walking all around us. I don't even think he had one on him or in a pocket. I as a customer shouldn't have to confront other customers... enforce it like you say you're going to. It puts me in a weird & uncomfortable spot. If you just asked him, it's part of your protocol and procedures. Update: In response to Climb On. 1/25/21 - We were in the lobby when the father walked into Climb On with no mask on. I assumed at some point that one of your employees would ask him to put a mask on. He went through the process of filling out all of their forms, payment, etc and never had a mask on. Then he went right into the climbing area without a mask on. This seems to go against your response...

Climb On was so much fun, and the staff was so helpful. I am not a very experienced climber, but they taught me whatever I needed. We were able to rent equipment while there, and they had places to put our extra stuff. They taught us how to use the equipment and answered all of our questions. The music they play is great too which I appreciated. There is parking here as well.

Thank you Beth for showing us the ropes and how to climb. Great price to climb their entire course for as long as you want. We only last about two hours because grip strength started to become an issue.
