Next door to the new planet fitness this dealership is very inviting. Jeremy is a great sales specialist who is great with people because he runs a motocross track and has plenty of experience with powersports. Phil is a solid parts manager who is the type to take his time with your needs. Ellen is the owner and has a great work ethic and her service knowledge is impressive.

This Honda shop is tucked away behind the street storefronts but don't let that deter you from entering. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Their selection did you see some improvement but being there located in a college town, one shouldn't ask for too much. Inventory costs money.

Bought the best motorcycle battery they had 7 months ago. Battery is completely dead. Warranty is only 6 months. Won't be buying from them again.

I just worked with Chris in service and he was fantastic helping replace my tire. Chris went out of his way to take care of me. He also checked wheel bearings and said that they didn't need to be replaced and he could have just done it and I would not have known to ask questions. I have read negative reviews about this facility but had a terrific experience with their service team!
