From start to finish House Broker Realty did a great job for us. In our first meeting, Tiffany went over every detail, explained financial issues and how the process would move forward. Sonny came and took absolutely beautiful pictures of our home. We started to receive inquiries almost immediately. Appointments were directed by a third part that was efficient and gave us good notice of a viewing. We received good feedback from Sonny after each viewing. They helped us in suggesting small changes that made a difference in the sale of the house. We sold the house within a month! Sonny and Tiffany negotiated a good price, kept us well apprised of our inspections and walked us through the paperwork with ease. Settlement went off without a hitch. Sonny and Tiffany were wonderful to work with. If we were still in the area, and I needed their services, I would call them immediately.
