This is the worst credit union ever. I have literally been with them for 14 years as a default of my first school district. The service is poor. The wait time is terrible. Their practices are antiquated and need updating. Do not open an account here. If you have am account here close it. If I could give 0 stars I would. I feel like I'm in the fiannacial aid line evey time I have to do business with them.

Worst credit union to get a loan from. Does not answer phone even when given direct extension to call and will harass/threaten repossession if you are late on one payment. I was laid off of my job of 16 years and have made consistent on time payments and they will not work with you due to the pandemic. Glad to know I have a mortgage company that is willing to work with me so I don’t lose my house, can’t say the same for this credit union. Once I get a new job, I will be trading my car in just so I don’t have to deal with HMFCU.

The web site said the holiday might change the hours of operations. It should of that they are CLOSED ! Friday and Saturday for the holiday. I wasted my time going to the branch on Tidwell. Come on y'all need to do better with notification.
