My experience with this company has been a nightmare and very surprised with some of these reviews. We signed a contract and left a deposit with this company a little before Covid came. After covid settled down we called to schedule the work and we were lied to...they never showed up to do the work. Then, Carl the sales rep who I gave our deposit to tried to reschedule and reschedule and they had issues with the installer. Next thing you know...they cant do the job anymore....We ask for our money back....and we get lie after lie on when we will get our refund and they still havent made us whole. This was all in February and now we are in October and still getting the run around. Next step will be small claims court to collect our money back

Carl is the worst installer ever, the system he installed in our house reboots and camera goes black from time to time, he doesn't answer phone calls. once he got my money he is unreachable. I tried to call the manufacturer for help but they won't help because Carl owes them money. I don't blame them for not helping...we both got suckered by this con artist. Now he is running a new scam trying to be a life coach ! what a joke. Save your money and don't do any business with Carl Stokes or whatever his new name is C.W.Zev Stokes ...yea his old name has such a bad reputation he is of course using a new name.
