I never really owned quality pair of cowboy boots. So after owning my first pair of Ariats I feel in love. I would wear them most days for 4 years. I was so upset that the heel of the bottom came off. My husband explained that I could get them repaired and it would be saved. I saw the sign for boot repair and thought to give it a try. The gentleman who ran the boot repair was very professional and could tell I loved my boots. He offered to deliver my boots and a time frame of 5 days because of his work load. Well fast forward. He delivered before his estimated date, had them in a fancy bag, and was very gentle with the return of the boots with a smile. I looked at the job and who new good year makes parts for boots, but I can definitely tell a lot of hard work was put into them. Thank you so much. My boots mean so much to me and thank you for taking care of them for me. If anything else happened I will definitely will be back.

I searched in the Kingwood (Montgomery County Area) an found Dapper and Dunn Shoe Boot Repair Company on Yelp.com listed. They were professional and did an assessment via text. Dillard asked me to send 5-6 pictures of my shoes via text to perform an assessment and price quote plus a turn around timeline. It was given to me within a half hour. Dapper and Dunn does pick-up & delivery from the porch and back to you. They are just great especially during this COVID19 Epidemic time. The price was great and the work on my husbands boots was worth the week and a half wait. Just in time for going back to church before Sunday Service.
