I really am not too impressed with this store at times. there's never anybody to help you with questions,& don't nobody ever knows where anything's at. and overall the staff is just kinda blah. especially in the evening times it seems to be a lot of teenagers which I understand they need to learn responsibility and work,but rear them a bit more so they have true experience so they can have knowledge to better help the customers as well to be more attentive to the shoppers in general

I have no clue how many employees walked right past me without speaking to me yesterday as I walked up and down aisles but it was at least 3. The woman who finally asked if I was finding everything was helpful and kind. The woman in the paint department was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind as well. I don't appreciate the fact that they only have self check out with a handheld scanner that everyone has touched, but masks are required. I am not concerned about Covid-19...my complaint is it makes no sense to cover your mouth and nose but go ahead and touch everything that everyone has touched.

Great customer service. The crew at the pro desk took great care of me. Hutchinson Home Depot's manager is Tanner, he always greats me and ensures that I am well taken care of. There was a new manager at the service desk named Jasmine. I had a return from today's job and she found the order and the computer, had it processed and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes

I placed an internet order. Very easy to pick and choose which frame, glass doors, and hardware I wanted to create a shower door assembly. Only problem was the promise of free delivery and then sneaking a 99 delivery charge onto the bill right before you hit \pay\! So look before you click!
