Had shirts printed of my son for his memorial. Hand washed one time and letters falling off and picture has holes put through picture. The owners response was he would print a new one but I had to pay. Like he thinks I am going to pay for another job when his product is obviously cheap.... Good thing this happened before my husband’s company had shirts printed

Had some shirts done for me and my mom and customer service was very fast and phenomenal he had my shirts done in less that 20 minutes and they came out exactly how I wanted them!! Definitely recommend his business to my family and friends in the future

I bought a shirt at this location and the employee was so rude! All I did was ask what time my shirt would be done very nicely and he yelled at me. It's not my fault he told me the wrong time and I waited an hour for my shirt. I wasn't rude at all and even the people behind me looked so shocked they left. I even had a person who bought a shirt say they wished they didn't due to how this man acted. I guess they don't give a "shirt" About how they treat people. I will never buy a shirt from them again. I regret spending 40 bucks for a shirt to such a rude individual. I wasn't the only person who was treated this way.

This shirt shop is ran by two respectful men who are very fast and good at what they do. Me and my clients were able to watch and enjoy seeing our shirts made. One worker actually dances while getting his work done lol. Take that trip and enjoy fine work. You can tell they love what they do.

I have never been spoken to as rudely as the man doing my shirt just did. When I paid 45 for a medium T-shirt, he was really nice and said it Will be 30 minutes. I came back at 30 minutes exactly & he said he hadn't even started on the shirt. I said ok & looked around some more. When I returned 15 minutes later, before I could say a word, he smarted off in a hateful tone "I have 2 pages of shirts and have to wait on these customers". He threw the papers down & finally made my shirt. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. I work hard for my money & want to spend it where it is at least appreciated. I read your reply & the issue wasn't with waiting my turn. The issue was you told me 30 minutes then had an attitude with me when I came to the booth to pick up my shirt just because I came to pick up what I paid for. Also, it was not on Christmas Day as that isn't for another 2 days.

I was curious about the shirts here because I wanted to make a custom shirt for my best friend that was in the military. I walked up and was totally ignored after the 2 guys walked away. I wasn't going to spend my money there and go about my day. So I decided to check the reviews and I'm glad I came and checked because what I read from earlier today no way am I going to support a store such as this one. I feel so bad for the person that was treated so badly and especially how the owner replied with a attitude so I believe the person that had a complaint. For an owner to act like he did is bad business practice and instead of realizing what the owner did wrong claps back at the customer who in the right should have been upset? Sure, I don't know what happened but it makes me mad when a company acts like how they treat people shouldn't affect their business.News flash treat your customers with respect because there is many other Shirt stores that do what you do but cheaper. If the person reads this, check out Uberprints. Com where they have really good prices, I'm not paying 40 dollars for a shirt when I can get any picture I want for 20. As for the owner merry Christmas you Grinch do not reply to me because I don't support stores that bully customers and ignores them. #YouNeedCancelled #BadBusiness
