Left my daughters phone for repair and they called to say it was ready... came to get it 10 minutes later and they were closed!!! So unprofessional! When he called I let them know I was across the mall eating. Could he have told me they were closing???? So rude!! Will not use them again!!

I came in for a new screen protector for my phone. The first one they put on my phone wasn't compatible (I couldn't push the buttons on my screen because of how thick it was). They won't give you a refund but they will fix their mistakes. They ordered a different screen protector for me and it was PERFECT! I absolutely love it, thank you for helping me in a timely manner!

So I dropped off my Amazon tablet about 2 weeks ago. The guy told me it would it would take a week to fix and that he will call me when it's ready to be picked up. So I wait a week expecting a phone call to tell me the tablet is ready to be picked up. No phone call I had to call 3 times to finally get a text message telling me to call another number. I call it the guy tells me they couldn't find the part and that he just ordered the part from China and it will take another week to arrive. Wait another week still no phone call so I called 3 times again. Now the guy is telling me that they can't find the part when he told me the week before that he already ordered the part and I would just have to wait another week. So then he tells me to go find the part myself and that he doesn't have time to deal with me a customer who already put a deposit down for a service they couldn't provide. They never answer the phone and the customer service is horrible wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I just left this location and I must say it was the best experience I've had. My phone was repaired in 10 minutes! Mohammed was super nice and knowledgeable. The price was very fair.
