IGT has been amazing! This is my second time renting from Beatriz and she makes everything easy. Smooth move-in process and she’s quick to respond. Never had any issues. She’s legit! Always clean and well supplied apartments in nice areas. I’m always traveling for work, so I like to make sure I’m in a safe place, I’ll definitely be using IGT next time I’m in ATL.

On behave of IGT Corporate Housing they are authorized to rent with most Lincoln Property Communities. IGT has been with us for 7 years and has been responsible with our units. This is a legitimate business that has been registered with the state of Georgia since 2008. IGT has always abide by our community rules and policies.
My husband and I were looking for a pet friendly apartment and The Loft met our purposes. Searching was really hard but I found The Loft and contacted Beatriz that night. She actually responded and was very accommodating. I had a lot of questions and Beatriz was nice enough to answer me at all times of the day. The staff at IGT Corporate Housing are welcoming. In the end, my husband and I signed a lease and moved in. Parking is provided for residents and Guests. Still there are alot of amenities here such as pool, and exercise room. We are new residents but we like it here so far. The staff here is great and we hope it continues.
Beware of this company Beatriz Lopez President IGT Corporate Housing.,she’s tried to run a scame by claiming to be a corporate company with certain properties that she has not yet been approved for .,however I spoke personally with the management at the mark at west midtown in Atlanta Georgia today and they confirmed that she has no corporate apartments at their location but just signed a regular lease with her and another tenant so basically she tried to get me into signing a regular LEASE ! also she will show you other places that she will use your social Sercurity number with hers to put you on a leasing contract by telling you the property manager needs you to sign a full application not a background check so you won’t be aware that your responsable for a real leasing contract NOT a corporate leasing contract beware of the scams in Georgia if your corporate company asks for personal information other than your company name and social Sercurity number other than to do background checks and to meet their corporate company guidelines to protect them and you DONT DO IT ! if you have any questions call the leasing office so they can verify Beatriz Lopez and other company’s if something doesn’t sound correct to confirm the current status to make sure your leasing a corporate apartment and not signing or committing to something your unaware of ..I hope this helps others in the future ,
