I just ordered a custom made Impact front wood door from them and I can't write my take on it until I get the door and set it in place. I am expecting an incredible door. I am not going to give them any rating uet but I have to or it will not post. For the moment I am going to give them 5 stars. So far, so good. Until then!!! Benefit of the doubt.

Really bad experience, the door breaks apart every year, there is not guarantee like they say, they come up with a different story every time you call them. They quoted me 1000 to repair something they fix 1 year ago. This was a very expensive door that didn’t last more than 1 year. I keep calling to ask for someone to come and help and they just ignore my emails & requests.. I am a legitimate customer, I can provide with address & 5000 invoice!!! Never again!. One day after this review, I got a call from store manager asking me 1400 IF i want my door to be repair.. 1400 on top of the 5000 we already paid 2 years ago.!!! .. unbelievable.. Worst customer service. Look at the pictures, this is how your Precious Wood door will look like!
