I’m a caviar guy. I use just about any excuse to buy a tin or two... or, three! So, when the offer for a tasting bundle presented itself, I jumped. We were closing on the sale of our Scottsdale townhouse, celebrating her birthday and generally in the mood for a party. The caviar was truly a hit. Because there was a “tin snafu” we received 6 smaller tins instead of three larger ones and it made for two parties not one: perfect. While I enjoyed the variety, I loved the classic best.

This was my first time to buy from you. I ordered Royal Ossetra for Valentine’s Day. It was to be delivered on February 11 but, owing to the horrible weather in Texas, it came on February 20. You kept me informed of the situation, refunded the shipping charges, and promised 20% more caviar on my next order. The caviar came with color coding to indicate whether it was still good or not. Even though the “dot” was green, indicating it was in good condition, you offered to replace it. In addition, I was called and instructed how to properly store it. We enjoyed it with friends this past weekend, a most splendid time indeed! The caviar was extraordinary and your service was superb. And btw, the price was excellent too. I will order again.
