Great company to work with because of the people who run it. They always try to get the best quality products possible for your business so the customers are happy and will come back to purchase from you again. We have been working with them for the past 5 years and in our opinion this is the best company in Chicago area and in US if you are looking for genuine high quality Polish and European made products . Highly recommended!
We have been working with Artur from Importer, Inc for quite some years now. Everything was great until I called him and asked to pick up his products from my office as they were no longer providing me with income, and were taking up space. I also asked to get my money back as I made the mistake of paying for his products upfront. He refused to pick those products up because, as he said, he assumed we went out of business. I called him numerous times and every time he would tell me that he won't give me my money back and won't pick up his products because he stopped selling them. However, I spoke to other business owners in the area that were also working with Artur and they said he took their products no problem. I sent him letters and left him voicemails, and even returned his products to him, and to this day, I have not received a reply or a refund. Do not recommend working with him if I could I would give this business zero stars!

Cieszę się zatem, że podejmując współpracę z Importer Am poznałam zespół, który posiada nie tylko szeroką wiedzę w zakresie świadczonych usług, ale też ważne jest dla nich by osoby które z nimi współpracują były w pełni zadowolone. Spokojnie mogę więc przyznać, że klient jest dla nich ważny, a nie drugorzędny. Jestem pełna uznania dla rzetelnej i fachowej pracy firmy pana Artura i bez wahania polecam ją każdemu.
